Reducing production time by 30 percent according to the reduced bending and welding operations total time and significantly reduce assembly time compared with common 6 meters parts

Lighting Masts

One of the diverse productions of Hadid Sanat Ghaem is lighting mast. This product is divided into two categories: Fixed and removable basket. On the fixed basket model a turret is lashed-up for repairing and maintenance of lights. Also a ladder for access to basket is installed on the Tower. This system is suitable for short-leg stand and is not affordable for long-leg one. In addition it increases the repair time and also installation coast. In removable basket type according to installed equipment higher initial coast may expected in some cases. However the final coast is less than fixed basket type. Main component of this type includes:
• Pole body
• Basket with accessories and basket spacer from the body system
• Lifting system including sinker, engine, gearbox, wire ropes and pulleys
• electrical board and control panel

Producing and performing the high flag towers and rods should be carefully studied and analyzed due to wind pressure at high levels which is appropriate for local geographic conditions. Our new flag structure is equipped with a rotation system to prevent the flag from twisting round the rod. This structure is also equipped with a motor and gearbox set to hoist the flag. Relevant parts are assembled in the overlap form.
